Privacy notice

This notice explains how Deltarecord (“we”) handles the personal information you give us on deltarecord.io.

What we collect

When you request private beta access, we collect:

• your work email address, and, if you give them, your name, firm and role;
• which form you used and when you submitted it.

To stop automated spam, your IP address and browser signals are checked when you submit the form. We do not store your IP address.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to contact you about the private beta and to decide which firms to onboard. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it

The site and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for bots. Cloudflare processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Until the private beta ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a client, it moves under the terms of your agreement with us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to hello@deltarecord.io.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
